RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Pickleball Paddles US

Pickleball Paddles US offers a 30-day return window from the date of invoice.

 

 

 

ELIGIBILITY

Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the invoice date.


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the condition they were received.
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.
  • Returns must be shipped using our approved return process.


RETURN SHIPPING

We offer a $8.00 flat-rate return shipping label for eligible returns within the United States.


If you choose to use our return label, the $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund.


Customers may also ship returns using their own carrier at their own expense. If shipping independently, a prepaid, trackable shipping method is required.


PADDLES

  1. Paddles must be returned in the condition they were received.
  2. Only paddles without ball marks and without signs of wear on the bumper guard qualify for a full refund.
  3. Used paddles returned within 21 days of purchase may qualify for 85% store credit toward a future purchase.
  4. Paddles must be in like-new condition and include original packaging.



PADDLE QUIZ GUARANTEE

If you purchased a paddle recommended by our Paddle Finder Quiz and it isn't the right fit for your game, you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase for full store credit toward any other paddle.


To qualify:

  • The paddle must have been purchased within 14 days of the exchange request.
  • The paddle must be in like-new condition with no ball marks or bumper guard wear.
  • You must reference your Paddle Quiz Guarantee when contacting us.


This guarantee is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy and applies to paddles recommended by the quiz only.

FOOTWEAR

  1. Footwear must be unused, unworn, and free of dirt or odor.
  2. Footwear must be returned in the manufacturer’s original box.

 

CLOTHING

  1. Clothing must be returned in original condition with tags and labels still attached.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

 

EXCEPTIONS

  1. Portable Pickleball Nets are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Items marked Final Sale or Clearance at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.

NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS

Any item returned that does not comply with this policy may:

  • Be refused,
  • Be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, or
  • Be partially accepted depending on item condition.
