Pickleball Paddle Shop offers you a 30 Day return window

 

TERMS

  • Items purchased on-line may be exchanged or returned for full refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must be unused and in the condition they were received.
  • Used paddles may be exchange for 85% credit to be used towards their next purchase if shipped back with 21 days of purchase. Paddle must be in like new condition with original packaging including.


EXCEPTION :
  1. Portable Pickleball Nets are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Anything final sale will not be returned or exchange so if you’re buying shoes, make sure to measure your feet first and check with us if they be suitable first.
 

Where To Return

All pick up and online purchases may be returned to our New Jersey Location.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees on return shipments for refund or exchange. Most exchanged shipments can be shipped back to the customer at no extra cost. Return shipping must be a pre-paid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS

FOOTWEAR

  1. Returned footwear must be unused and unworn (dirt free and odour free).
  2. Footwear must be returned in the manufacturer's original box. 

PADDLES

  1. Paddles must be returned in the condition it was received.
  2. Only paddles without traces of ball marks and without signs of wear on the bumper guard may be exchanged or returned for full refund.
  3. Customers returning paddled with signs of wear wwill only receive an 85% credit towards their next purchase. 

CLOTHING:

  1. Clothing must be returned in the condition it was received, with tags and labels still attached.
  2. Clothing must be unwashed, unworn and unused.

Any item returned for exchange or refund that does not comply with our policy will either be refused or returned at the customer's expense, or will be fully or partially accepted depending on the condition of the item.
